MAKE A COMMENT/COMPLAINT?
The practice welcomes comments
and suggestions about the services we provide. Please contact our practice manager
or speak directly to your own GP. If you prefer, simply pop your suggestion into the box in our lobby.
Our aim is to give our patients the
highest possible standard of service and care and we try to deal swiftly with
any problems that may occur.
If you wish to make a complaint,
please telephone or write to our practice manager. She will take details of your
complaint and decide how best to undertake the investigation. For further details,
leaflets detailing the practice complaints procedure are available from reception.

OBTAIN TEST RESULTS
Please telephone the surgery any afternoon between 2.30 and 4.00pm
CHAPERONES
If you are seeing a GP or nurse of the opposite sex you can request a Chaperone
to be present during the appointment or they may arrange for one to be present.
This will be a trained member of staff.
