Complaints Procedure

The practice welcomes comments and suggestions about the services we provide. Please contact our practice manager or speak directly to your own GP. 

Our aim is to give our patients the highest possible standard of service and care and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.

If you wish to make a complaint, please telephone or write to our practice manager. She will take details of your complaint and decide how best to undertake the investigation.
